Lecture – Recreating the Age of Fighting Sail

Join the Society of the Cincinnati in Washington, D.C., for the following lecture. Admission is free, and no reservations are required.

In this illustrated lecture, distinguished maritime artist Patrick O’Brien discusses the careful research that goes into his paintings of war at sea in the American Revolutionary era. Patrick O’Brien, an illustrator and painter since 1985, specializes in marine art for private and museum collections and is based in Baltimore, Md.
