Jampoler, USN (Ret.), author and historian, will be presenting on “The Civil War Afloat – Secretaries, Strategies, Ships, Sailors, and the Key Battles that Shaped the War on Salt and Fresh Water” as part of the Surratt House Museum’s 150th anniversary commemoration of the Civil War. He will also be available to sign books after the presentation.
