In 2000, The Naval Historical Foundation teamed with Hugh Lauter Levin Associates to produce what has become one of the best-selling naval coffeetable books in history. Now the team that produced "The Navy" has released a detailed day by day chronology of the Navy's 228 year history, compiled by historian Hill Goodspeed and featuring sidebars authored by Navy veterans and well-known authors. In addition to being a superb reference work, “U.S. Navy: A Complete History” uses rarely displayed photographs and art from the collections of the Naval Historical Center.
